Special precision-casting process that provides economic benefits over conventional precision casting processes, particularly with high surface finish quality, contour accurateness and precise dimensions required.
 
The flexible patterns are immersed into a ceramic slurry carrying ethyl silicate binder, subsequently they are dried and fired. Then, the formed shell molds can be separated from the elastic pattern.
