Computed tomography 3D



Computed tomography with a cone beam (cone beam tomography). Though this, two-dimensional images are created on the detector which deliver a three-dimensional data set in the reconstruction. Due to the higher interaction of the radiation with the sample, more scattered radiation is usually to be expected during the recording. This can be reduced with HDI imaging (Figure 1).
