Overhead rail blasting machine

Here, the abrasive is picked up by a hanger which can turn around the hanger axle in the blasting cabinet.

The use of an overhead rail blasting machine is recommended for sensitive or large workpieces which are not suitable for barrel machines. To process them, they are hung in workpiece carriers and driven into the machine. The simultaneous rotating and oscillating movement of the hanger means that the blasting beam can reach each corner of the workpiece in the best possible way. In addition to its extreme flexibility, this machine is also characterized by its compact, space-saving shape. The overhead rail transportation (see also Overhead rail) can be done using hand-trolleys or with circular conveyor systems or self-driving hangers. In addition to the design as a single-rail blasting system, these machines can also be made into a Y rail system or a cyclic and continuous flow system (Power & Free).
