Changes at the management level are also associated with this orientation.

Mr. Rachner leaves the management of Küttner GmbH & Co. KG and hands over the operational responsibility for the foundry technology division to Dr. Meier-Kortwig, who is already responsible for the "Ferrous" division.

Dr. Bartels is handing over the responsibility for the area of heat technology to Dr. Weber (speaker of Küttner GmbH & Co. KG) in order to take more care of the strategic developments of the Küttner Group in his role as Chairman of the Holding.

The overall responsibility for the order processing belongs to Mr. Jungemann.

Mr. Rachner will remain associated with the Küttner Group as a partner and will continue assisting the company advisory. We thank Mr. Rachner for many years of successful service in the management and wish him all the best for his future professional activities outside the Küttner group.
