One indicator here is the impact frequency of the coring hammer. This can have a direct influence on the decoring result.

With the Mössner Hammer Monitoring System MH5, condition monitoring of decoring hammers is possible.

The MH5 can be subsequently integrated into existing systems.

The system can be operated both as a stand-alone system and in connection with a higher-level main control system via Profinet.

The monitoring unit is integrated in its own housing.

The MH5 hammer monitoring system can monitor 8 coring hammers simultaneously with a working pressure of up to 6 bar.
