This coveted recognition is awarded by the Austrian Society for Consumer Protection to domestic companies and research institutions whose inventiveness demonstrably serves climate protection or whose new ideas enable environmentally friendly adaptations to climate change. The special prize was awarded to SAG for its numerous patents that contribute significantly to climate protection - such as the cryo tank technology for LNG-powered trucks developed in Lend.
