The 27-year-old Salzburg native will thus take over the management of the Finance and Controlling, Human Resources, IT and Digitalization divisions, bundled in the "Shared Service Center" SAG Innovation GmbH. She will take over these areas from Werner Muttenthaler, who has been the sole Managing Director to date and will in future concentrate on the management of Purchasing, Sales and R&D, while continuing to act as CEO of the wholly-owned subsidiary SAG Motion GmbH.

Born in Schwarzach, she studied business administration at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, joined the SAG team in 2016 and was most recently Head of Finance with group-wide responsibility for accounting and controlling. Teodora Radovanovic is married and lives in Leogang.

Teodora Radovanovic started her career at the Salzburger Aluminium Group in risk management five years ago, directly after completing her bachelor's degree at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. After one year, she switched to corporate controlling and simultaneously completed her master's degree in business administration while working, as well as taking the accountant's exam from 2018-2019. In 2020, Teodora Radovanovic was appointed Head of Finance and authorized signatory of SAG Innovation GmbH. With the leap to the management board, Teodora Radovanovic, who at 27 is the youngest manager in the group, is in charge of Finance & Controlling, HR, IT and Digitalization from the headquarters in Lend for all 12 SAG locations in Europe, Mexico, Canada and the USA.

Successful as a management duo

In the management duo with Werner Muttenthaler, I myself now have the role of acting as a mentor and driving force, promoting ideas and people and enabling new developments in the areas I manage. Tasks that I approach with a lot of joy and energy," says Teodora Radovanovic.
